Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Green Salad


Vinaigrette

  1. 1/4 cup chicken broth
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  4. 2 tsp honey
  5. 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Whisk together all the above ingredients.

Green Salad
  1. 1/2 cup lettuce
  2. 1/2 cup spinach
  3. 1/2 cup red cabbage
  4. 1/2 cup arugula
  5. 1/2 cup chopped onions
  6. 1/4 cup cashews/pista
Mix the above ingredients and add the vinaigrette over it. Mix well and serve.

Serves: 2
Side: toasted bread
