Chicken Samosa Filling

Recently I attempted making Indian Samosa from scratch. The dough for the samosa turned out to be a complete disaster! However, the filling turned out to be a success and so it gets its place in my blog!

Tomato Soup with Left-over Pasta

Every once in a while we come across those days with left-over pasta. Recently I too had left-over pasta, almost half of my mushroom baked pasta. Instead of heating it in the microwave the next day, I converted it into a soup and the rest is history! Having said that, you can always use fresh pasta to make this soup :)

Chickpea Salad

This recipe can be made by freshly cooked chickpeas or canned chickpeas. However, if you decide to cook the chickpeas, remember to soak them overnight. While cooking the chickpeas it would be better to add salt, ground pepper and a pinch of turmeric powder and chilli powder to give it flavor and color.

Chicken Pot Pie

This recipe was inspired by Nigella Lawson's Chicken Pot Pie recipe. I altered it by adding cumin powder, onions, garlic and ginger to compensate for the absence of flavor from the  bacon in the original recipe.
